Can you choose a different server at launch than your assigned one?

So after deployment if my guild does not like the server we are placed on can we choose another server?

Yes, you can always choose your own server but the one that Bioware suggest to you is usually the best one (i.e pings, population, PvP, PvE, etc)

You can, but your guild will not be auto placed on that server and you will need to manually create/buy it. And your name reservation is not guaranteed.

You can definitively decide to create your characters on another server, but one of you will have to manually create the guild and invite your guildmates.

Yes - you can still create characters on whatever server you want (after you wait in the queue of course :P) It will just be the logistics of moving people over from where Bioware told them to go that will be an issue.

no, that is one of the reasons they added allies and adversaries. it was for you to get as many people as you know on one server.
