I feel Questing solo is the fastest way to level. Your able to concentrate on gaining lots of xp and not worrying about if the other player has completed the quest. I don't think flashpoints offer as much xp due to the fact that questing yo......

I'd honestly say that while playing with friends is more fun, playing alone with a Companions is much more efficient - you don't have to focus on anybody else's quests and you get all the loot that drops, which means you spend less time doing things that don't benefit your character and you get more money and better equipment at the same time.

That being said, the "MM" part of "MMORPG" stands for Massively Multiplayer, so I'd say it's much more fun to be slightly less efficient and play with your friends than vice versa. :D

For me, playing with a friend was most efficient. We were able to do group quests, we got XP from our own storylines as well as the little extra XP from killing stuff in each other's zones, and we didn't really have to grind, so it just felt smoother. Playing with a friend is always nice and generally not frustrating.

All planet quests with a friend, In beta I always leveled faster when running around with a friend, and as a bonus you get to see another classes story arc.

You actually get extra xp when party members complete bonus missions too, I think this is why questing in a group is going to be faster.

Space missions give you lots of experience and so does Warzones. But in my opinion, the best way is to mix it up and do a bit of everything, because while you're "having fun" you gain XP without even noticing it!

If you just grind away at one thing you're going to get bored, so enjoy the quests, enjoy the PvP, enjoy the space missions, enjoy the flashpoints and you're going to get heaps of XP without worrying about it!

I'd say with a friend. It makes dealing with larger mobs simple and enables you to pull more quickly. Also you get to experience two stories. Plus having someone with you breaks up the monotony that can overwhelm at times. Also you won't have to be looking for people to do the 2+ flashpoints with. Having this person around also starts to teach you a little about the other classes for later PvP and Raiding.

I'd say questing solo is probably best for efficiency sake. However leveling with a friend adds a new level of fun and conversation to the mix so it feels like its going faster, as a result it starts to build momentum. The only issue with leveling with a friend is the fact that you have to wait for them occasionally, bathroom breaks, training, delay with character quest, etc.

Warzones are fun (especially huttball) but i have noticed it is a slower form of leveling, but nice money, valor, gear, and titles.

Space missions are a nice break but i think just the general length of them kind of subtracts from the overall gain (do a barrel roll!).

Flash points with a group of friends can go really fast and be a great way to grind exp, but with a group of random people you don't really know what your in for so you run the risk of wipes (last boss in hammer station was kind of a pain first time i ran it).
