Where do I reset/unlearn/respec my skill trees as a Republic player?

Where can I respec my skill trees (talent trees) as a republic player? I've looked on the Fleet station and couldn't find an NPC that allows me to unlearn the points I've spent.

One of the vendors for this can be found on Coruscant in the Senate Market where the Galactic Trade Network kiosks are.

There is an NPC on the republic fleet in the skill trainers quadrant. He is in the room all the way on the left and has some ambiguous name like "Skill Trainer."

It's actually in the room all the way to the right when looking at the map in skill trainer area. Leuro-Khian is the name.

In Coruscant when you head towards the Senate Tower you'll notice two ramps to either side. Those will bring you to the underground horse shoe that contains the Crew Skill trainers and the vendors. At the north side of that horseshoe, between the two halves, is a Guild Registrar NPC as well as the one you want: the Skill Mentor. He'll reset your skill trees. (with recorded VO, even!)

On the Republic Fleet station go the the combat training section and look for Leuro-Khian in the southern most shop.
