Where do I find a Purple Lightsaber Crystal at?

Here's a list of all the purple color crystals in the game based on Torhead: http://www.torhead.com/items/catg/3/subcatg/3/name/Purple

Aside from finding a weapon that already has a Purple color crystal or creating one via the Artifice crew skill, I'm not exactly sure where any of these would be found to purchase.

A guy in this forum thread says he got a purple light saber crystal from the Champion PvP vendor.

It looks like one of the level 50 Operation token vendors also sells purple crystal lightsabers.
