I would like to know whether rejecting a companion's romance arch will prevent me from being able to romance that companion later on i.e. will I have more than one opportunity with a romance-able companion?

I've been wondering the same thing... mostly because I've been extremely underwhelmed by the choices I've been presented with, in several female class stories I've played.
Typically, I get the option to flirt with some skeezy looking or shifty guy -who's not even powerful enough to make me overlook his less than stellar appearance- and I turn it down before realizing I may just end up getting to 50 as a darkside virgin. The pickin's have been slim, too.
