What has the best drop rate for Hutta Commendations?

I know it's just the starter planet, but my new character is two commendations short on purchasing the specialty armor, and I hate to move on without getting it.

The problem is, I'm level 11 and I'm tired of running around. Where can I get two more commendations quick?

I know it's not the answer you're looking for, but personally, I would move on, get your crew skills and specialisation class, and do the Flashpoint (Black Talon). The Torso Armour you will probably pick up there is far better than the Hutta commendation Jacket.

And if you don't get it, do it again, and rack up a few social and Darkside/Lightside points.

If you have any quests, especially chained, I'd suggest completing them. I have gotten around 13 while questing on Hutta and only one or two were random drops. I have noticed an increase in commendation quest rewards as I level my characters and they seem to be granted more with quest chains than one time or class quests. Hope this helps.

I would suggest just coming back next day. As far as I know, Heroic quests are repeatable and I guess that some of them will grant you missing Commendations.
