Titles and how to get them?

I am curious about how you earn the following titles:

"Master", "Darth", and "Lord"

Are they based on darkside-lightside ranking... or certain levels, story arcs, missions?

I am not sure but is "Lord" a title in SWTOR?

You can acquire titles through a variety of ways in the game. Some are given to you as you progress through your storyline. Advancing through the various LS/DS tier will get you some titles. Some are the result of completing specific quests and flashpoints, some for reaching certain PvP ranks and some are given by reaching various social tiers. You can also acquire them from side missions.

There is a complete list over on Torhead and clicking on each one will give you some information on how to acquire it.

Those specific titles are given though your story quests. Up till the most recent update darth was a Sith Inquisitor only title, but now Warriors can get it too.

Is "Lord" a title as well? or is it "Dark Lord"? both? neither? thanks :-)

I know lord is a warrior title. In the sith world lord is lower than darth in power.
