Will we be allowed to reset our perk skills or respec classes as they did in swg?

Talent Trees for your current Advanced Class yes.

However you cannot change your Advanced Class once it has been chosen.

There is a vendor in the second city for each faction that can reset your talent trees. Classes are a bit more tricky but you can reset them. The first time for a small cost, but each time you do it the cost will grow vastly.

I have read the same thing. You CAN reset your advanced class, though it will cost you. And it gets more expensive. The beta did not have this feature however.

Yes there will be someone you can visit to reset your skills.

Yes, you can pay a fee to reset your Skill points. You cannot, however, reset your advanced class choice at level 10. That's permanent.

As far as I know you can reset your skill tree at a special NPC, but you wont be able to change from e.g.: Marauder to Juggernaut etc

You are unable to respec your class or advanced class once chosen. However you can respec your skill trees at any time by going to an NPC located on your capital and paying a fee (which grows steeper the more you use the service).

you can reset your skill trees within your advance class at launch but you will not be able to switch advance class at launch but they hope to have that in-game at some point

Yes, but you cannot undo your advanced class decision. Once you pick an advanced class you are stuck with it.

You can see a trainer to respend the points for you 3 skill trees, but you cannot change specialazations once you choose your path at around level 10.

Once you reach level 10 you get to choose an advanced class. each advanced class has three talent trees, one of those trees is shared between the advanced classes. once you choose an advanced class you will not be able to respec. but you are able to respec the three talent trees in that advanced class you chose
